I got the doors hung and really close.

The drivers door needs to go straight up just a tic but the drip rail has a whoop in it so its hitting that. ...

I called SMS. They had me send in the sample...

I called SMS. They had me send in the sample from around my dimmer switch as its the least faded chink i have left!

I also sent the sample i got from ACC. Im guessing its the same stuff SMS...

Sounds like severe detonation once warm and under load......that would account for smashed electrode...but i hope not!

If using stock ignition box that may be issue also...they act up big time...

That's what i figured mike:) my 78 is a late one after BE0....its BL....something. yep...gray plug, single green/yellow wire. So it would be tied into door jamb /courtesy circuit.

Hmmm....i guess if the lamp runs off a mercury...

Hmmm....i guess if the lamp runs off a mercury switch it wouldn't matter.....but the courtesy circuit is always HOT so either way if that connector on my pic is infact on the courtesy circuit...

A leveling lift for the front so it sits level.
