Not to hi-jack this thread, but what exactly is the purpose of the bypass? Two of the three 460 trucks I have do not have the bypass. They are all auto trans so it's not that. Just wondering.

Check the wires on the O2 sensor. You may have damaged them in the process of changing things. Pull the codes, too. Actually, pull the codes first. May save you some time.
