Mine are good quality, just be aware that you have to glue them to the body (this would be true for anybody's, not just DC). I used 3M Weatherstrip Adhesive in the tube.

I think PB Blaster is way over-rated. I've had much better results using 3M Penetrating Spray, although it is very spendy.

It's already been done (notice no spot on pavement below). The wetness you see is just left over from before. FYI that part is called the "pinion seal".
