I noticed that as well but my guess is it's been in the body shop in the past . The Mercury name plate on the front is in very nice shape , thats good cause they are almost impossible to find .

I had no problem getting the cylinder's for our M68 (same as your F3) from NAPA , they had them in stock . The shoes I had relined at one of the local brake and clutch shops , make sure you get them...
