Well I would drain it and see if you have chunks...

Well I would drain it and see if you have chunks on metal in it and re-fill it with ATF and see what happens...Maybe you fried the pump....

you lift the tires off the ground , then you grab the tire with hands at 12 and 6 o'clock and try to move the tire up and down to check if there is play....If it moves at all the Ball Joints are...

I have never heard of the imfamous 2 piece pan...But if it was me I would change the Injectors / Glow Plugs / UVC harnesess / rebuild Oil cooler / etc.. etc. while you have the engine out ....So...

In my opinion I would cut the floor out and make some kind of Mini Me doghouse that connects to the Exhisiting one....You are choking the engine just...

2 Grand is a bit steep .....I would find someone else....I did see a Video on YouTube with a guy using epoxy and a fibreglass Cap over the Pan without removing anything....The Pan itself costs...

The engine is the same just De-tuned....By 08...

The engine is the same just De-tuned....By 08 they eliminated a lot of the bugs that doomed the earlier models....That being said , I would still Install a Coolant Filter AND an EGR Delete on it...

It's not that...since I converted the truck from Standard to Auto many moons ago I seem to be eating Boosters and Masters like crazy .....I just think the HydroBoost would be a solution to this issue...

I was wondering If Anybody did a Hydro Conversion on an older truck....I need to improve the brakes .....I go through Masters and Calipers like crazy...AND don't say carry less Payload......

White smoke usually means unburned fuel....I did not look at the Video but does it run rough, like it is missing ? Do you have any codes present ? Also could be an IDM issue....Chech the harness...
