Could be a fuel pump. Could be something got knocked loose or broken when the "tune up" was done. I'd check the top of the engine where the fuel rails are for leaks with the key on so the system...

An exhaust shop can fab a new y-pipe up for you.

I had a bad front ABS sensor on the front of my 04'. It did not affect anything that I noticed until braking.(under 10mph) The ABS would kick in a pull the steering pretty hard to the one side....
