Well if Rusty has a bolt in passenger side intermediate axle stub, then you know that they used an 80-82 truck for the swap. :)

I didn't learn how to drive stick until I was 21. I taught myself after doing a manual transmission swap on my Ranger. Thought I knew how to drive stick. Realized quickly that I didn't. lol.

Could you possibly provide more info on those 4x4 spacer blocks? They look nothing like what I have in my truck currently. But I'm pretty sure mine are from a bricknose truck, which may be why.

Maybe where he lives is different. Where I'm at, no alignment shop would ever touch that truck with a broken dust boot. There's no way for alignment shops to know if a customer will regularly grease...

I wouldn't call it fixed until you replace that outer tie rod end. Should have done it before you had it aligned.
