Had same exact issue and it was just the plugs....

hard folding bed cover

Like the title says... looking for a decent hard folding bed cover that is not 800-1k... anyone have any recommendations?

My radio would work fine until you turned it up passed 3 bars.... then would intermittently cut out. Bought a re-manufactured radio off ebay... works fine now.

Basically these things...

I am using an FE but i simply used the Hedman 2...

I am using an FE but i simply used the Hedman 2 1/8 in header for a fox mustang swap, and changed phlange. slid right in there relatively easy. probably even easier since you dont need to change...

Check with offenhauser... they have some pretty...

Check with offenhauser... they have some pretty sweet intakes for the 300. you may find what you are looking for or even a better starting point than scratch.

The 390 will run like a raped ape with stock bottom end components. i ran one for a long time before stepping up to a 427.

D3 components are great for a decent street engine. check the crank...

The stuff we have has an adhesive on the back. My dad supplemented this with small plastic pushpins from the local auto...

my dad had a bunch of that stuff from the 80s in his garage. He used it on our 52. He believes he ordered it from JC Whitney in bulk and had to trim it to fit.

small update

spent a little time on the old truck working on some driveability issues and throwing a tune up at her. got to spend a little time with my boy getting greasey.... momma was not so happy.
