Did you plug the exhaust sensors in after the pipe install? Did any of them get damaged during the removal from the stock parts? Did you install the elbow when you deleted the EGR? If so, did you...

Good luck on your search, dooger54. I wouldn't rule out finding a new leftover 2015 truck with good rebates either.

I have towed the same 8000# car trailer with both a SD and F150. I much prefer towing with the SD mainly because of the brakes. The F150 has a similar diameter rotor as a SD, but the SD rotors are...

Matt, the DPFR tuner with just the deletes running factory tune on the engine is just that. You are running stock programming minus the regenerations and EGR. If you tow, it is a good idea to do so...

If you just do the delete DPF and EGR with the Gearbox Z DPFR tuner and leave the stock tune in, you won't likely see much smoke if any. I have the DPFR 4.0+ and it's tuned with the 70 horsepower...

The 3 valve 5.4L engine is a good engine. Many have seen 200K miles without major issues. By 2010 all the problems are worked out. Keep up with normal maintenance, use the correct viscosity oil...

I have had the Gearbox Z DPFR+ for over a year now with no problems. I'm running the 70hp tune. I get 14.5-16 city and 18-19 highway not towing and get 10-12 mpg towing on relatively level terrain...

If the warranty is from a private company and not Ford's ESP, they might not take the trouble to see if you had re-flashed the PCM. If it's covered by the Ford ESP plan, they can and probably would...

Almost is the key word here. Almost isn't equal. I want the extra width of the current SD. I would have liked the cab on my 06 F150 more if it would have been as wide as the current SD. More shoulder...
