You can plug in the pedal and everything is fixed (it's just laying in the floor). Both components are bad (p0603 is loss of keep alive power KAPWR).

It however isn't profitable to continue to stock parts from 12 year old vehicles. There isn't any 7.3 "test parts" back there.

Nope! You can't return electronic parts once installed. And in a dealership, 7.3 used parts are scarce (they're at least 12 years old).

02 F350 7.3. Dead pedal until it warms up. No codes pertaining to the pedal. Data on IDS show pedal was working, had plenty of ICP, IPR was working. Only DTC was P0603 (loss of KPWR). DTC was a hard...
