Access covers are the bomb. I've had 2 on 2 different vehicles, below zero to AZ 125, snow, ice, etc, love it. I have the below rail tool box and a 5th wheel hitch, all covered by my Access cover.

I had it installed 2 years ago. If nothing else, you could add the bed tank. Not as nice as the replacement tank but will give you more fuel.
