Bad idea all around IMO. Just get the housing loose. It can't be THAT stuck. Penetrant, twist, heat if necessary.

Perfect fit, as it is the same correct...

Perfect fit, as it is the same correct windshield.

The weather strip seal depends on the truck. Bumps use a different seal than dents. But the glass is the same.

Sure does. I got mine out of a 75 F350 in the junkyard for $40. Only tool I used to remove it was my folding Buck knife.

On all the engines I've worked on, I've never had much trouble with manifold bolts. But rather the two connector studs on the pipe end. Those always seem to be stuck and rusted badly.
