Since I'm first up I'll take a guess at:
RPV (residual pressure valve) in the master is keeping your front discs from returning.

It was pretty simple to fill and as long as I don't have a leak I'm not worried about checking the level. The fluid isn't going to evaporate. Not in my lifetime. :D

The yoke uses a later 1 1/8 size universal.
My U bolts were smaller, not bigger.

Update, Thanks to my friendly driveshaft machine...

Update, Thanks to my friendly driveshaft machine shop I now have the proper u bolts and universal joint to make it work.
How much fluid do I pump down the axle shafts?
