unbolt the transfer case motor and pull it...

unbolt the transfer case motor and pull it off....look inside at the rod that is engaging 4 x 4... move it back by hand.... plug the motor into the harness and set it on the floor below truck... turn...

Daughter just bought the smoke headlights in LED...

if the transfer case motor has engaged, then the front driveshaft would be connected from the transmission to the front axle. When you shut off the truck and loose vacuum the front IWE should engage...
