LOL, well yes I am sure it would have gone a lot farther, but Im going to be 60 in a couple months and who knows how long Ill be healthy enough to do that swap.

This is fairly common on the Expeditions and some F150 where the glass is frozen in place and opened. It causes the glass to pull away from the glass brackets. Your local glass shop can reattach them...

Yes it is. Maybe there is a chance that the clamp isnt holding? Ive also seen the radiators come with an adaptor sleeve to make one of the hoses fit the smaller radiator neck. Before you replace it...

Motorcraft batteries used to be more dependable than they are today, but my experience with Neverstarts has been that they are not very good at all. Your mileage may vary.

I have no idea but just a thought, maybe they didnt get the flex plate nuts torqued? Or possibly a cracked flex plate. Just thinking.

No longer avaliable unless you can find some on Ebay NOS but I have not found any for a long time for that old of a model. You can go to an upholstery shop and get them recovered with something nice....
