One piece valve cover gasket

I've seen it recommended to grind down the raised area under the oil pan bolt holes when upgrading to a one piece oil pan gasket on an older 300, any need to do the same with the valve cover bolt...

I wouldn't take the time and trouble to swap in an engine that I wasn't 100% sure was going to last.

Since an industrial engine is intended to run at a consistent RPM it may not have a camshaft...

That should be "start with the rotor 1/4" clockwise of your #1 cylinder mark", not 1/4 of the distributor body.
