I'm with Ross , change your fuel line , it sounds...

I'm with Ross , change your fuel line , it sounds like it is starving for fuel due to partial blockage .
You may also need to go through your carb and clean it out .
But do the fuel line first .

Neville if your f100 still has an original column in it , it will be the same spline as our Aussie falcons .

I can see a bucket load of money needed on that just for rust repairs .
Look for something more solid .

One thing to check is that you can't squeeze your bottom radiator hose by hand .
It should have an internal spring in it to stop it collapsing and slowing water flow .

I'm betting that when that corner of the cab was damaged it has altered something on that side .
You may end up needing to jack that door opening back into shape .

Always good to have the mod cons of updated driveline and suspension , but I love the way your truck still kinda looks stock from the outside .
