They did away with the frame rail mounted...

They did away with the frame rail mounted pressure pump in 1992.

4.9L 45-60, all others 32-45 IIRC.

I love the 4.6L and want to see your conversion!

Pull the front clip first, not difficult at all. You can re-use it. To simplify the swap get yourself an 87-91 Super Cab to swap. That will make the wiring swap easier since the bulkhead connectors...

With the 3L55 on the tag the door code should...

With the 3L55 on the tag the door code should read H9.
3L55 indicates 3.55 Limited Slip, 88 is 8.8 ring gear and 5A12 is Jan 12 1995
Oh, yes it is a 31-spline.
