Well if it were the front rotors that were out of round you'd also feel it in the steering wheel as well as the brake pedal most likely. However fronts are brand new here.

If there's no play in the wheel bearing hub assembly you can try putting some grease into the bearings through the ABS sensor hole. Remove the ABS sensor, careful as it will most likely be difficult...

Unfortunately the only fix is to have the ACM (accessory control module ) reprogrammed by Ford. I have same issue with my truck...no steering wheel controls, no aux input option and the buttons...

Question here...everyone seems to be talking vacuum leaks to the brake booster....doesn't this truck have the hydroboost system since it's a 6.0L diesel? Therefore no vacuum assist for the brakes....
