I "passed" on this truck, but not before asking a few questions (mostly for my own amusement) which lead me to believe it also probably has an electrical issue which the owner is (knowingly) trying...

I used an aluminum-colored rattle-can paint (forget the brand, but it was probably Rustoleum, which I usually use) on the "alternator/air pump tree," and it came out well.
