Good luck with the giant holes. At least they are flat and somewhat easy to repair if the rest of it is solid.

I am not running the stock box but my red head saginaw box works just fine. Even with the over pressured 1600 psi cummins saginaw pump.

No help for you on that department. However make damn sure you don't kink the line or over tighten the fitting. If you do you'll have a delayed boost reading.

That is your distributer crank trigger.

Voltage regulator is on the radiator core support on the passenger side. Right next to where the radiator bolts down. But I doubt that is your issue.

10 bucks says you have no voltage to S terminal due to no nss. If I remember right it's a flat rubber 3 prong plug a lot like an sae connector.

Cold turkey! Sounds electrical to me. I would start with the coil connector. I've seen countless coil connectors with frayed wiring where the wires go into the spade terminals.
