Asdrew is right about the 3V exhaust manifolds they are much better than the 2V manifolds. Direct replacement headers for the truck are going to be short tube headers, long tubes are better for more...

Looks like a "Lifetime Fuel Filter" on the 6.2l, aka Ford wanted to save a few bucks. When I change a fuel filter I like to shake them up good with the fuel inside...
