Pretty successful weekend of fixing stuff for me. Rebuilt the carb and replaced fuel filter on my weed whacker. The thing is 20 some years old and runs as good as a new one. Was getting a P0119 code...

Motorcraft remanufactured engines come with a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty even for commercial applications. If you want a good reman that is what I would recommend.

275 70R18 Load Range E. Being a load range E mine don't have squishy sidewalls. That could possibly be an issue with the P rated ones but I have had no such issue.

For grip and price the General Grabber AT2's are great. Seem to have a soft compound so I am not expecting them to be a high mileage tire.

Had been getting a P0119 CHT intermittent circuit malfunction code and losing power up hills. I expected to find rodent damage to the wiring harness but could not see any without removing the intake....

I have only ever installed Motorcraft. I have a Dorman as a backup waiting to be installed when my truck or any of my friends need one. It looks identical to the Motorcraft and is made in U.S.A

Motorcraft filters are made by Purolator and are an excellent filter for the price. If the oil meets the current SN specification it is a good oil. As for my personal choice I use Pennzoil...

Is the check engine light on? The wires for the CHT sensor run under the intake and are apparently very tempting to rodents. Have seen it on multiple occasions. IF that is the case it should turn on...

Did you replace the hoses to both front calipers? They could be deteriorating and swelling under pressure.
