The radiators going out is a common failure. I had mine go early last fall, I want to say over 65,000 miles. It was in a similar spot - the leak was on the garage floor inside the drivers side tire....

Maybe something changed, but the 250 I had did not have blocks and had no overload springs. The main springs may be the same, but without helpers/overload springs the 250 rear end I had would go down...

I thought this was going to be a dumb question - Scangauge D? or II?

So I am looking at these Scanguage units. Looking through the specs the D is the only one listed that reads EGT? The only plugs are J1708 and J1939 - same style off-road (farm/const) equipment uses?...

Its at the dealer now. That was in the back of my mind too. Though, I have yet to get some spares. Hopefully that is all it is.

I dont have a scanner either. We'll see what this ends up being....

Luckily I was sitting in the driveway. Pulled the truck out of the garage. It started fine, idled fine, did not make as much noise as I was expecting but was warmer in the garage than outside....

I am not sure how bad fuel could cause foaming in and of itself. That would more likely be caused by aeration of the fuel somehow:
1. Leak in fuel line or pickup tube, as previously mentioned
