I teach at San Jose State.....your fee waiver would probably work at any CSU campus. It's kind of hard to pass up the in-state tuition. Getting a degree without a bunch of debt is a good thing!

Pull the brake line to see if the seat is still in the wheel cylinder. It should have a conical thing that fits the shape of the flared brake line. I have had them turn up missing in the past.
