Whats the best way to prep chrome for paint? I was thinking a very aggressive sand paper, maybe even a flap disk? Im thinking of leaving the edge and the "Edelbrock"...

I checked for visual leaks along with kinks and...

I checked for visual leaks along with kinks and no dice, while idling I removed the line from the gauge thinking I may have to "bleed" it but no dice.

I even tried sucking on the line to "syphon"...

Probably should have, there is no sending unit...

Probably should have, there is no sending unit with my gauge, just a brass adapter that a plastic line screws into that goes straight to the gauge, I'll look more into it tomorrrow

A few questions from a 335 noob

I have a 1979 F150 4x4 With a 351m/400. Vin says 400 PO says 351m idk.

Do these 335 series share trannys with other series (windsor, 385 ect?)

Are these series reliable for daily use and or...
