Hey Gary, since I've discovered the S3 Ford alternator, I'd never, ever go back to a junky Delco just to have one wire. The S3 takes 2 wires, uses half the room, can do most of it's 95 amps at idle...

Just what the title says. I have just acquired a 62 Rancheroo and it needs floor pans. Also I would like to do the seat in the original vinyl with the little cow heads.

No biggy, it isn't like you carved up a Shelby, it's just an old pickup. Get the parts you need from the 72 and make it work.

I fail to see how shortening the tongue would help add more tongue weight or make the trailer more stable. Probably just the opposite.
