Yes it will, but there are a couple of really minor differences IIRC. Search the net on the sixlitre tune up for a 4.9 or a 300 and see what turns up. I could be mistaken.

That actually sounds really good. Most 300's sound like a tractor with exhaust like that. I wish he would have shown us what he did under the hood (header or split manifold).
