Wow I feel dumb, didnt even think of the range sensor lol. Anyways, thoroughly check the harness that runs behind the engine for chaffing or burning.

Did you replace the coil boots when you did the plugs? If not then you prob have carbon tracks in that boot from the old plugs misfiring and the spark has found a new path to ground. Replace that...

Its normal for the downstream O2s to read high. They read oxygen and there is little to no oxygen in the exhaust after the cat.

What happens is there are carbon tracks in the coil boot from the worn plugs. These are created when the worn out plug gap is too much for the spark to cross so it finds its way outside the plug...

Sounds like a head gasket to me. Combustion gasses are getting into the cooling system causing the air pockets. I bet the coolant smells funny. Take the t-stat out until you can get it fixed...

You can replace that shaft but it would be a lot easier to get a junkyard column. Getting to that shaft is much more difficult that removing the steering wheel.

You destroyed the catalytic converter on bank 1 by driving it with misfires. It has broken apart and is clogging the exhaust.
