I doubt you'll ever see 2-4 mpg in fuel economy. Maybe 5%… It's just a little beefier with a tighter convertor.

As far as clutch life goes when I sold my '95 379 two years ago the original clutch had 1,920,000 on it but I attribute that to a good operator (me!)...
