Make sure the Cascade doesn't have baking soda in it. got some for the wife and it trashed the dishwasher. Didn't have anything to wash my parts in for awhile.

Do you have a return line installed? Maybe the pump is working too hard trying to keep the 35 to 40 psi needed for the injection system. Don't know why it would work for a year and start acting up...

Welcome and congrats. Your starting with a lot better truck than some of us have. Got some good tread on the tires too. My F4 had the heater hoses wrapped too. Not to mention 2 heaters in the cab....

Just a note, the intake/exhaust mans. are kind of conjoined so you will probably have to take them off as a unit. Some of the guys have been able to separate them. I'm not even going to try with mine.
