No, the head bolts themselves are stretch bolts.

'69 wasn't a bad year for the 351W so I wouldn't let that engine choice stop me. It's really more about how the rest of the truck is (and what it is.)

I have one in my '68 F250, mostly stock 360, T19 tranny and 3.73 gears. By mostly stock, I mean the only mods to the engine are an Edelbrock Performer intake, Edelbrock 600 cfm carb and Duraspark...
