You want some advice, put them back in the box and return them.
Those lights have a horrible reputation, they leak, light output is horrible, LED's burn out, Halo's go out and just don't fit well...

Not sure what the #2 (fog output I believe) to #12 does (I saw it in the write up), but when you jump #5 to #12 it powers the fog lights (#5) from the parking lights (#12).

A better, cheaper and more viable option for a little more power is swapping the heads for a newer set of PI heads

Tuner, can give a little pep if using premium fuel, shifting can be improved also. No gas mileage improvement. Worth the $300+, hard to say.
I got a used SCT x3 tuner for $200...
