Wider tires with more contact can be helpful in the snow. The more surface area you have, the better you are to spread the weight out. Tread pattern seems to be the best deal for snow/mud. That helps...

Clean the throttle pedal assy with compressed air. There is a IVS and the TPS. Dust and gunk could be the cause. If it keeps doing this, you may need a pedal assy. Try cleaning it first though.

So far it drives and tracks well. I have the alignment tomorrow at my sons work. I did shim down the carrier bearing, so we will see how it all goes after the tweaking.
