I'd be interested in knowing if there is a trick as well. This is the reason I got an aftermarket front sway bar for my old truck.

I have a CR Lawrence slider. The best deal I could find was on Ebay. It uses the non slider seal. In my opinion these are at least as good if not better than the OEM slider.

It is a bumper for a 1987-1991 truck like this one. If you had the plastic parts, it would be worth around twice as much. I'd say its worth about $200, but you may not find a buyer at that price.

I kinda like those style headlights on the 92-96. What all is needed to swap to them? It'd be nice to not have to worry about headlights with cataracts anymore.
