I just drilled my spacer out to fit, but as I recall it might have been a letter drill size to make it fit tight. Mic the 400's and make sure before you drill. The bolt pattern is the same

Lots of different shifters for C6's. Make sure you have the right one. Also make sure the case has the 2 bolt holes for the '79's neu/rev switch, some cases don't have them.
