My CEL came on, Advance Auto tells me codes are P0171 (think) & P0172 - both banks lean.

I'm not sure how you'd get to the diverter, I wish I knew. My '94 Ranger gets hard to switch from hot to cold sometimes,& I'd like to fix that.
