Just about any 9 inch with 28 splines. The yoke is the only thing that might not be the same as your old one. If it's still the six banger, I'd go with a 3.50. They are the most common too.

What about using the pedal and master cylinder you already have (assuming your is a stick since it's a 4x4). You would have to make up a hose, might be tricky but not impossible

I think it's bad because it quit shifting, shifter wouldn't go into park, pretty much wouldn't move at all. I unhooked both ends, shifter makes full travel smoothly, lever on transmission...
