Yes you do. Measure carefully. They come in 7/8", 1", 1-1/8", and maybe 1/16" sizes in between those. I don't remember for sure.

Bushing kits are available. Most parts stores want to sell you the whole link, but they can get the bushings for them. If they won't, Ebay has plenty available and in all kinds of colors.

There are a few grommets down under the brake booster. You may need to poke a hole in one for the wire to go thru. Adding some stereo equipment?
