Did you get the correct belt? Depending on year some are 6 rib and some are 7 rib, IIRC.

WTS light and tach along with some other...

WTS light and tach along with some other instrument gauges are fused by #17 10A according to the diagram. Since the truck starts fine maybe the GPR is working.

Do you still have the "wait to start" light? If not then fuse #22 is blown under the hood. It powers the PCM and fuel filter heater. If the fuel filter heater shorts out, and they do then it kills...

Fuse 6 powers the fuel gauge system along with...

Fuse 6 powers the fuel gauge system along with heater/ac controls. The wire from fuse 6 is Brown/White. Temp gauge is on a different fuse though.

Mine lasted 17 years. The only reason I replaced them is because I had everything apart replacing the valve cover gaskets and pigtails.
