Indeed they are. They look bad, ride bad, are bad for steering components and really only make you look dumb... So indeed, they are bad in just about every way.

Take a look at the link in my signature. I don't really think the gains are from the injector design, but rather old dirty injectors and freshly cleaned ones.

Mine have a wire that you feed into the headlight circuit. Whenever the headlights are on the gauges dim down. Mine aren't Autometer though....
