whiney power steering pump is just something I have learned to live with.

there is a long drawn out procedure that involves pulling a vacume above the fluid and turning the wheels lock to lock...

From the photo it looks like just the burnt section( orange fuse block) of the fuse box could be replaced. If you had a used fuse box with enough of the harnesses you could just pop the orange...

mine started Leaking from dry to pouring out as fast as you could put it in less than a day.

I replaced the original oring and flange nut and it was still leaking pretty good so I loosened the nut...

The guy to ask would be SkiSkiJason, he does a lot of 5.4 to 7.3 conversions so has been in deeper with the electrical systems than most.

For the sun faded plastic parts( if you want to get a little more life out of them) try heating them up with a heat gun, almost to the point...
