The gray line is a vacuum line and connects to the temp control valve directly behind the oil fill cap, the round thing with the nipple the same diameter as the gray hose.

Last post was June of last year, the shop he uses didn't even top off the coolant:-hair after the first work done so maybe they just haven't finished the head studs/gaskets yet.:p

Fly wheel housing....don't know if there is a gasket listed there but highly doubt it, I've never seen a gasket behind ANY starter.

I have an 07 F250 that I use for plowing and all other work related things. I put a Redhead box on last fall and the truck drives like a new one. I highly recommend Redhead....I can't vouch for any...

Blower motor speed update......

I know this is a little bit of a time span but I did finally get a warm enough day to replace the connector under the hood at the resister and it DID correct my blower motor speed problem the blower...

If the hubs are locked but the transfer case is in two wheel drive there should not be any binding while turning, so don't run with the tranfer in four wheel drive unless you need...

I believe you have a vacuum leak.....check all of those little plastic lines around the 'box thing' thats were I found my problem, they have a tendency to get brittle and crack near the rubber...

I'm one of them, when my tstat was at or near 180-182 my deltas were 10-11......new tsat and ECT was 188-190 EOT was was/is 6-7* warmer. I can't explain it but I know it to be true.
