Yesterday I did an oil change, washed and waxed it, used some Mothers back to black on the exterior plastic and filled up the fuel tank.

It's possible that you dislodged some junk in there and it's getting stuck in the valve when operating. If you have a live time monitor you can see the position of the valve compared to its desired...

Just a heads up, the BPD oil to air cooler set up shouldn't be an excuse to neglect your cooling system. Not saying you would, I'm just throwing it out there.

If you've done a lot of research you would have realized by now that an EGR delete means you delete the EGR cooler. Sure the valve is part of the EGR system but it only controls flow.

I wonder if it could be the IDM relay. I had a similar problem with my 7.3, ended up being the relay.

I'd just have them look at what's wrong.

Do yourself a favor and get some digital gauges (Scangauge2, Torque, Dashboss etc.) Then you can monitor the truck yourself.
