I havent changed mine yet but I thought the filter is in a bad spot. I had a 05 Jeep 4.7 and it had the built in oil slide and a power steering line right in front always got in the way

Wouldn't the exhaust valve still open to relieve the raw gas? I could see plugged cat.

Easy way to tell a F.E. is the intake bolts to the head and valve cover bolts to both. All other V8. the valve cover just bolt to the heads.

I run Motorcraft syn. blend with Motorcraft or puralater filter. Had 195,000 miles on my old Escape and 145,000 on my Focus change oil every 5000 miles.

I read some where could be wrong that struts don't usually go bad unless there leaking. If you have a coil spring compressor its not a hard job to remove the coil spring and put it on new strut. Back...
