Need some dimensions on the Stock, Rubber floor mat?

In this photo the mat shows a hump, looks to be several inches. Can any of you all give me an estimate on it?

Do you guys epoxy primer EVERYTHING including new aftermarket stuff?

Or just the old treated cleaned metal?

If you coat the aftermarket ecoated parts, do you completely strip them to apply...

Having said that, the IDIDT turn signal kit will work in the summit column. Kind of makes me wonder if they aren't a supplier for the cheaper columns or something.
