If you get a pump from a similar vintage van of the same displacement everything should bolt right on.
I even used my old power steering...

Strangely, my non AC truck uses an AC heater core, but there is absolutely no provision for an evaporator coil.

My '87 (same body style) is heat only and all controls are by cable except the cowl door -in the engine bay- by the passenger hood hinge.

I don't know about the late Crown Vic fan but the MK VIII and Taurus fans can see 90A inrush unless you have a 'soft start' controller.
Even then, they are pulling 45A on high.

Aftermarket slider windows are manufactured with a flange that simulates single glass thickness, and uses the standard gasket....
