92-97 it's in the passenger side footwell near the floorboards behind the trim panel. There's a notch (or a hole?) there for you to reach thru and reset it.

Not sure if it's in the same location...

Doubt it. Overdrive enable is electronic on both transmissions, so it would be a button in either case.

AODE was only used in cars, the trucks got the 4R70W instead, which also had a few upgrades...
