Guage pod/pillar recommendations

I picked up a 1997 F250 with the 7.3L Diesel yesterday. I want to add a gauge for trans temp, boost and exhaust gas. Any recommendations?

Would the stock axle from a 68 Cougar fit on a 53 F100?

Buddy is building a 53 shop truck. He is looking for a rear axle for the truck and I have a stock (8 inch?) from a 68 Cougar with drum brakes. Will my axle fit or is it too wide or too narrow?
