Pictures are of same area. Different angle. Door has not been replaced with any patch panels. Only cowls have been replaced. The rear gap door jam looks perfect also by the way.

I believe both cowls have already been replaced. Upper door alignment looks good, lower alignment looks good. Huge offset in the middle. Door in the middle sticks out about 1/2". Not. Sure what to...

Thx Doug. Just taking a little longer now that we have 2 kids :) next step is paint interior and firewall so I can put cab back on and then start wiring truck so I can start it!

Nope. That was also my concern. After everything was installed, we fully compressed and released suspension and it does clear.
